Shaft Heaters & Insulator Heaters helps to adjust the temperature above dew point withing the range of 80 deg. C to 120 deg C. If the temperature is not maintained at required range there will be constant tracking of electrical field over the surface of insulator, This will damage the insulator and electric field will not be generated to collect fly ash. Heaters can be customized as per ESP designs also.

Hopper Heaters
Heating elements are installed at Hopper. Support & Shaft Insulator plays important role in smooth working of ESP. Ash is collected in hopper at the bottom of ESP, To avoid clinker formation of collected ash inside hopper ESP Hopper Heaters are installed. Hopper are the part of ESP and are installed at bottom of the ESP.
Hopper Heaters helps to generate heat inside hopper to avoid moisture to condensate from getting collected in it Removes fly ash from ESP. Reflector plates can be provided for improved performance of hopper heater. Hopper heaters can be provided with reflector plates for efficient heating in the hopper.
